Elon is the Managing Director of the Pritzker Vlock Family Office (PVFO) where he is responsible for over $1B+ of assets under management. Elon has led investments in 25 growth stage companies, including 9 exits, 3 of which were IPOs. His current portfolio includes Pico Quantitative Trading, Gelesis Inc., Core Informatics, Domino Media Group, and more. He has served on the BOD of more than 30 companies. A pioneer in early stage investing, he is the Co-founder and Chairman of LaunchCapital LLC, an investment firm that has a portfolio of over 250+ companies across industries and geographies. Elon holds an MBA with distinction from Yale University SOM, where he has also taught Entrepreneurial Finance and Private Equity.

WOODY BENSON

Woody is a Venture Partner at PVFO and LaunchCapital. A growth stage expert, Woody is one of a few who has both taken a >$1B company public as CEO (MCK Communications) and as first investor in another (LogMeIn Inc.) He has invested in 25 companies, including 11 exits, and serves as trusted BOD member. He is the former SVP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing for Shiva Corporation. Woody is also the former CEO of MCK Communications, where he led the company's IPO in 1999. He was recognized as “CEO of the Year” by the MA Telecom council. He was a member of the BOD at LogMeIn, Inc. until its sale in August 2020. Woody serves on the endowment board at Bentley University, where he is an alum.

JOSEPH IONNATTA

CFO

Joseph has served as the Controller of PVFO since 2018, where he is responsible for the accounting and taxation of a private portfolio across direct investments, real estate, private equity and partnership fund sectors. He has 20 years of experience in private equity and equity portfolio accounting industries. Prior to joining PVFO, he served as a fund controller at Grove Fund Management and as a senior fund controller at Portfolio Advisors. He has worked with GE Capital, where he managed the accounting and finances of a multi-billion-dollar equity portfolio. He began his career in both the tax and audit space at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte LLP. He holds a BS from Providence College and an MBA from University of Connecticut School of Business.

MEG FITZGERALD

Board Member

Meghan FitzGerald is a global healthcare strategist, investor, academic and author. Currently Meg is a private equity investor where she serves as an advisor to several firms including Goldman Sachs and Wellspring Capital. In addition, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. Recently, she was the CEO and managing partner at Letter One’s inaugural health vehicle. She has worked with prominent healthcare firms and she was the EVP of Strategy, M&A and Health Policy at Cardinal Health (CAH) and a member of the executive committee. She is a member of the BOD at Tenet Healthcare (THC), a founder of K2HealthVentures, and an advisor and volunteer at TrekMedics. Meg obtained her Bachelor of Nursing from Fairfield University, her Master of Public Health from Columbia University and her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at New York Medical College.

MIKE CHRISTENSON

Michael is the President / COO and member of the BOD at New Relic (NYSE: NEWR). Previously, he was a Managing Director at Allen & Company where he focused on the software sector. Michael served in various roles at CA, Inc., including President and COO and EVP of Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to joining CA, Inc., Christenson was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers, Inc. and its successor firm, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. He holds an MBA from New York University.

HENRY MILLER

Henry is the co-founder and Chairman of Marblegate Asset Management, LLC. He was co-founder, Chairman and a MD of Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC from 2002 to 2011 and CEO from 2002 to 2009. Prior, Henry was Vice Chairman and a MD at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor company Wasserstein Perella & Co. He has served on the BOD of AIG since 2010, where he is a member of the compensation and management resources committee and technology committee.  Henry also served on the board of Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. from 2015 until May 2020. He was the recipient of the 2019 M&A Advisor Lifetime Achievement Award.

JARROD YUSTER

Jarrod is the Chairman, Founder and Co-CEO of Pico Quantitative Trading Inc. He is the former Global Head of Electronic Trading at Merrill Lynch, where he oversaw the business from its inception. He is also a former product engineer, performing semiconductor research at Intel. A Yale University alum, he is a member of the Yale School of Engineering Leadership Council.

He has raised more than $75m for various startups with exits of more than $500m.

He has driven partnerships with leading airlines including United Airlines, American Airlines, Southwest Air, among others. He is also the Co-founder, CEO and Director of SideStep, which was acquired by Kayak in 2007, and was later acquired by Priceline for $1.8B in 2013.

Michael is the former CEO of BroadSoft, leading the company from its beginnings to its successful IPO then subsequent exit to Cisco in 2018 for $1.9b. He scaled BroadSoft to 2,000 employees, serving customers in 80+ countries. Broadsoft became a market leader in the hosted unified communication category due in part to Michael’s strong relationships with global service provider partners.
